Shadows Workout 7+

For the last 12 months I have been flooded with requests and apologise for any titles I might have promised and missed but I give my word that everything will definitely appear on future Workouts.

I have now compiled a list of tunes that will take me easily into and beyond the next two CDs and have already commenced recording for the next.

I have attempted with Shadows Workout 7 to cover a few more of the 60s tracks (of which there are still many left) and have mixed these in with some later titles in an effort to cater for as many tastes and skill levels as possible.

Also I have covered the Jet Harris and Tony Meehan track "Besame Mucho" and would have included another non-Shadows title had there been enough space left!

During the recording of this CD I was working with Brian "Licorice" Locking and was very honoured when he offered to record the harmonica part for me in "He Ain't Heavy" which was brilliant - so many thanks Brian.

Once again my eternal thanks go to Dave Prickett for his attention to detail on the keyboard and orchestral parts and finally my thanks also to John Woodward for additional percussion and Bob Saunders for his vocal parts on "Besame Mucho" and the end of "Razzmatazz".

Well that's it, have fun - we did recording it - I'm off to work on No.8!!!

Many thanks for your support.
