Shadows Workout CD21+

As usual it has been great fun working with Dave on this project and many thanks for your support.

As before, I have attempted to cover a wide and varied range of material which I hope will appeal to "Shads" players.

I have, from Hank's "Guitar Man" CD, recorded a backing track for "Here, There and Everywhere", which is a lovely melodic Lennon/McCartney song and a nice arrangement from Hank's album.

From the "Hank Plays Cliff" CD I have recorded backing tracks for "Travellin' Light"  and "When The Girl In Your Arms Is The Girl In Your Heart".

Having decided to delve a bit into the past, I listened to some tracks from Hank's 1969 solo album, and decided to put down backing tracks for "High Sierra", "Born Free" (with two alternative backing tracks) and "This Guy's In Love With You". Also, I had a listen to the "Hank Marvin's Guitar Syndicate" album from 1977, which I have neglected badly over the years, and picked out "Flamingo", which has always been a favourite of mine. In view of the complexity of this track, I have included three alternative backing tracks, in order that you can select the part(s) you wish to play.

In the non-Shadows area, I have recorded two alternative backing tracks for "The Rocket Man" (1977 version by the Spotnicks), a guitar version of "Nut Rocker" with three backing tracks, including one for piano (for the piano players out there) and two alternative backing tracks for Bert Weedon's "Sorry Robbie".

Again my eternal thanks to Dave Prickett for his brilliant keyboard skills and total attention to detail.
